weird enough, job-hunting in Japan

Since I finished the exchange program for a year in Finland, the looooong trip of job-searching has continued till now. This is some kind of feeling that I have saved in myself for ages in order to take things positively but today I'd like to tell you

FU*KIN' WEIRD JAPANESE JOB-HUNTING!!!!!!

In the first place, it's taken for granted that students in the university begin job-hunting when they're getting into the autum in the third-grade. oh....I feel it's too early because obviously they're utterly inclined to focus on job-seeking rather than study.

Then most students start sniffing around one another, for example, who is the first to get a job, which company they get a deal from. It's not understandable that some people swallow an unwritten rule that everyone should be the same. From my point of view, the timing and the place to work is none of thier business, that's something people should determine on their own and shouldn't be interfered in anyway. I would say, there is too much social pressure around Japanese people in terms of working-life and this pressure has been leaking to the students as well.

Moreover, what I found incredibly weird is the outfit of students for job-hunting. Putting on white shirts and black suits, having neat black hair, and having the same kind of bag...they all look the same:) and tell you that you easily recognize who's a student job-seeker among cloud of people on the street, almost everywhere. Funnily enough, many seminars are taken place, which tells detail how to behave in the interview, whak kind of make-up is favolable, and how to bow:)

Talking about procedure of job-hunting in Japan, no doubt it must sound mighty long(: In general, firstly get entry done on web-page, going to seminars, handing in cv, taking general academic tests as well as essays, having the first interview, second, and at last you can get to the final one! Some companies even offers like over 5 time interviews:) How does it sound?

As a matter of fact, I'd like to introduce oh so many weird episodes for job-hunting yet make it simple so that people gets bored by my endless criticism, hahhhaaaa:)

In my case, I decide to study abroad for a year when I was in forth grade thus actually graduated in mid of fifth grade(In japan, new semestar starts from April so because of the timing of study abroad I graduated at a bit different timing than others) I'm quite exception since all students graduate from uni for four years, so kind a spending hard-time here. Also because I couldn't follow this shitty job-hunting system, it's getting harder:) but hopefully I'll get a job on my own way asap. Right now I'm thinking to apply for foreign companies...

Here, I just want people to reconsider this weird style of job-hunting which is generalized in Japan. As long as students prefer to be looked the same as others without taking any risks and adventures, unless companies are open-minded for foreigners in terms of recruitment, international competitiveness of Japan would get decreased.

This is just my opinion, so feel free to give any comment! and sorry of my crappy broken English!
